Galbitang, made with beef ribs in a broth, is a popular dish for a hearty meal.
It has been well received by Koreans as well as foreigners staying or visiting Korea.
It use beef ribs rather than pork ribs. The ribs and brisket are simmered for a long time to make a broth, and salt and seasoning are added.
In restaurants, it is often served with ribs, noodles, etc.
When Galbitang comes out, dip it in the seasoning sauce that comes with it and eat it.
There are many cases of eating meat first and then rolling rice in the soup, but there is no set rule, so please enjoy it comfortably!

소갈비를 사용해 고기 국물을 내 만든 갈비탕은 든든한 한 끼 식사로 인기 높은 음식입니다. 한국인은 물론 한국에 머물거나 방문한 외국인들 사이에서도 좋은 평가를 받고 있습니다.
돼지갈비보다는 소갈비를 사용합니다. 갈비와 양지 등을 오랜 시간 끓여 국물을 우려내고 소금과 양념을 더합니다. 식당에서는 갈비뼈 고기와 함께 당면 사리 등을 넣어 내놓는 경우가 많습니다.
